We like emailing our customers when we’re doing something awesome. If you’d like to be removed from our mailing list, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included at the bottom of any mailing you receive from Betsy & Iya.

Personal contact information (email address, mailing address, phone, etc.) submitted to Betsy & Iya via this website is kept confidential. No personal information provided to Betsy & Iya will ever be sold or distributed to anyone.

Credit card information submitted to Paypal.com is kept in their possession and control and never shared with Betsy & Iya.  Credit card information provided to us over the phone is immediately destroyed after payment is confirmed.

Exchange/Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 8 days of purchase.  Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition or exchange will be rejected.  We do not offer refunds.

Please email (info (at) betsyandiya.com) to let us know you would like to request an exchange.  Do not ship your item until you receive confirmation from us that we will honor your exchange.  There is no refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges.  Returns must be sent by purchaser via USPS First Class or more expeditious method.  Please let us know the reason for your exchange — we strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.

When returning your item, please include the following:

1. Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2. A copy of the original invoice
3. Ample padding to protect your item during shipment.  Betsy & Iya will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way.

The exchange shipments will be sent by Betsy & Iya via USPS First Class unless a different method is requested by purchaser and additional shipping charges are collected from purchaser by Betsy & Iya.

We will credit your account or the card used for purchase once the return is received and accepted.  Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

If you purchased your item from a retailer, please contact them directly for return information.

Shipping Information

betsy & iya jewelry is often made to order and may sometimes, though rarely, take up to two weeks to ship.  More frequently, items will ship within one week of payment.  If you are in a hurry to get your goods, please email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
